Whether you're a couple seeking luxurious privacy, a family needing full kitchen facilities, or a group of friends wanting all the amenities unavailable in a budget-level hotel room, our one-bedroom suites are just what you've been looking for!

We offer two beautiful one-bedroom condominiums in Paradise Villas, conveniently located on the beach at the north end of San Pedro Town -- a leisurely 5 minute walk to any of San Pedro's restaurants, shops, art galleries, and dive operators. We're a perfect location from which to enjoy the many attractions of beautiful Ambergris Caye.

We have a freshwater swimming pool and a beachfront garden area where you can recline amidst flowering greenery and enjoy the cooling tradewinds. Each apartment is fully furnished and equipped for a party of four, including a kitchen with full size refrigerator and stove.

Our spacious bedrooms have a queen size bed, and there are queen hidebeds in the living rooms. Our downstairs suite has a patio, and our upstairs suite has a large balcony, great for enjoying a cool drink on a breezy evening.

Amenities include color television, air conditioning, ceiling fans and daily maid service. We can also provide laundry service on request (we pick up and deliver).

We will pick you up at the San Pedro Airstrip, reconfirm international flights, and deliver you to the airstrip when its time to leave.

We can also assist you with anything you need during your stay, including where to find golf cart and bicycle rentals, baby sitting services, day tours, and dive or snorkle excursions.

Rates and Reservation Information

No "service charge." Discounts available for long term stays (over 2 weeks). A three-night deposit is required at time of reservation, the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

$US 125.00/night + 7% govt. tax	$US 100.00/night + 7% govt. tax
